肯定的な回答
肯定的な回答の仕方は以下の通りです。
Yes/Sure：はい、承知しました。
Yes, I’ll take care of it.
はい、対応します。

Of course/Absolutely：もちろんです。
Of course, I’ll get it done.
もちろん、やっておきます。

Not at all/Of course not：構いません。
「Would you mind ～?」（～しても構いませんか？）で聞かれた場合は、「Not at all」や「Of course not」のように否定形で返すことで「構いません」となります。
